Hi all yall,
since I will be staying at home for a few months, taking care of the kids and the house, I’ll be keeping busy playing in the kitchen cooking and taking care of my lovely utensils. I am not trying to emulate our friend Scott, even though I do really admire his decision, perseverance and courage. Good luck Scott ![]()
I will try to keep a diary of my dishes with photos, “protocols” and info. I’ll be quite biased towards Italian and Indian cuisine, as those are my two favorite culinary styles/cultures. They are also the cheapest, which doesn’t hurt.
Except from cooking, my other “hobby” is 20th century history and, more precisely, the russian front furing WWII. I might start a different blog about that topic, but don’t be surprised if in between a dish of pappardelle and a creamy dal you get a post about Ribbentrop and his meetings with Molotov.
